How does the game work?<\/span><\/h5>\n

Each team will be locked in a room and will have 60 minutes to solve a sequence of riddles to find the way out.

In the rooms there are no disturbing elements; in case of panic attack or other problems you can immediately leave the room.

During the whole time into the room you will be helped by a “game master” that, in case of need, will give you some advice to solve the riddles.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

How many people can play?<\/span><\/h5>\n

From 2 to maximum 6 people in each room. For bigger groups it is possible to book the Challenge mode: a match, one team against another at the same time in separate but identical rooms.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

What do I need to partecipate?<\/span><\/h5>\n
\n

To participate it’s necessary to show the booking confirmation printed or on the display of your smart device.<\/p>\r\n

Before accessing the room, each player has to sign our regulations with his name, surname and email address.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

What\u2019s the minimum age that is required to play?<\/span><\/h5>\n

Everyone can play because it’s not a game based on physical strength, but on your ability of logical thinking and solving problems.

Children can play, but only if accompanied by an adult. We suggest 13 years as a minimum age to play without an adult inside the room.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

How to dress up?<\/span><\/h5>\n

The game does not require specific clothing, but a tuxedo is probably not the best choice \ud83d\ude09<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

In what language is the game?<\/span><\/h5>\n
\n

Clues can be given both in Italian and English, but logical thinking should be enough to complete the game. \ud83d\ude42<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

What\u2019s forbidden?<\/span><\/h5>\n
\n

 Inside the rooms it’s forbidden to:<\/p>\r\n

 -use force and climb;<\/p>\r\n

 -use electronic devices such as cameras and smartphones;<\/p>\r\n

 -smoke, drink and eat;<\/p>\r\n

 -<\/span>participate when in altered physical or mental state.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div>

How can I book?<\/span><\/h5>\n

It’s possible to book on our website up to 15 hours before, checking the availability of the rooms depending on the day and time chosen. It’s also possible to book by phone in case you want to play the same day, depending on the availability of the rooms. If the online booking is successful you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details. To enter the rooms you will be asked to show the booking confirmation <\/span>printed or on your phone.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

How can I pay?<\/span><\/h5>\n

You can pay with PayPal when booking online or directly at our place the day of the game. To book 4 or more rooms we ask advanced payment by bank transfer, PayPal, cash or credit card (no American Express) at our place.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

Is it possible to cancel and\/or change the time\/day of the appointment?<\/span><\/h5>\n
\n

You can change\/cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled game by sending an email to <\/span>milano@secret-rooms.it<\/a> and specifying the number of your order and your request.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

We are in via Boscovich, 48:<\/p>\r\n

  • 200 m from the red subway “LIMA” (M1)<\/li>\r\n
  • 300 m from the (underground) railroad link “PORTA VENEZIA”<\/li>\r\n
  • 300 m from tram 5 “VIALE TUNISIA” and “VIA VITRUVIO”<\/li>\r\n
  • 200 m from the lines 60 and 81 and from the N6 Bus<\/li>\r\n
  • There are also many free parking lots or with fee nearby<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div>
